The micro-adjustment system allows you to advance the lower jaw in 1-millimeter increments using the built-in calibration tabs on both sides of the device. This level of control lets you fine-tune jaw positioning gradually for both effectiveness and comfort — starting conservatively and progressing only as needed.

Constructed from BPA-free copolymer plastic with no metal hardware, Mute Snore is hypoallergenic, easy to clean, and designed for nightly, long-term use. The open-front ventilation gap supports natural mouth breathing throughout the night.
